Reliable Services & Repairs!
EMS will gladly work in a manner that will go in sync with the agency's technicians and mechanics. Lets face it, 95% of mechanics would rather do a heavy mechanic job than diagnose and trace a pesky wire short or unwanted current draw in vehicles. We will not ever create an atmosphere that would be considered overzealous and make technicians spite us. We have worked stations from literally South County to North County, and have made great acquaintances and even friendships with agency fleet supervisors and technicians.
EMS has technicians with over 20 years of experience in vehicle electronics installation, service, and repair. Technicians have had the opportunity to work on meticulous vehicles and also service over 500 Snohomish county vehicles in the many Fire and Police department sectors.
EMS provides professional installation and removal services of most electronic components. Our services will preserve the integrity of the components being removed to insure a reliable reinstallation. Improper removal of equipment can lead to intermittent or complete failure of products; this is important when decommissioning a vehicle and reinstalling its products.
EMS will provide consulting services to assist in the proper product purchasing for outfitting vehicles. This will eliminate buying products that are unnecessary or completely wrong. This will also ensure the proper products are ordered the first time.
EMS highly recommends for each agency to have a vehicle inspection. Each vehicle would take about 1-2 hours to do a thorough inspection of wires and the equipment listed above. EMS will generate a list of problems that may need to be addressed. These inspections can save agencies not only thousands of dollars, but also potentially save lives from compromised safety systems that the operators and occupants are not aware of. Unscheduled down time can also be avoided.
EMS will offer professional diagnostic services for vehicles or equipment. Most problems are caused by installation errors. Most of the equipment is state of the art and the engineers designed it to work a certain way. When instructions are not followed or standards are not met you will have problems with your equipment not working properly i.e. dead batteries and safety equipment compromised.
